• For custom or personalized beds, processing may take up to 7 business days.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping:

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the continental United States.

• At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Issues with Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any shipping issues, please reach out to us at care@chesterandlee.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
